Show Notes – 5. Bucket Full of Fun

Howdy Stop That Or listeners (And should we have any fans yet: Thanks for rocking the free world). In this week’s episode of the Stop That or You’ll Go Blind, Evan and Tony break into the joyous discussion of Washington, DC’s Holocaust Museum. Ok, well “Joyous” maybe isn’t the most appropriate description, but Tony is excited that they just released an audio described tour for some of the key parts of the museum — a big step forward for making museums accessible for the blind, and a step backward for building up Tony’s faith in the kindness of humanity after spending the afternoon at the museum.

Launching into the episode with a “Bucket full of fun,” Tony and Evan begin to breakdown the complexities of religion and parenting. In an attempt to lighten the mood, Evan quizzes Tony on the ranking of Saturday Night Live (SNL) actors – Tony nails the top two (swish). They wrap up calling into question Tony’s childhood fascination with Richard Dreyfus (Jaws, Close Encounter of the 3rd kind), and tony keeps the faith by bringing it back to religion in Dreyfuss’ early full-length films,  The Apprenticeship of Duddy Kravitz (Any relation?(.
